Objective
Coldwater Creek, a well-known catalog and online retailer of women’s apparel, accessories, shoes and home décor in business since 1984, was looking for a loyalty program that would help them stand out from the intense competition, attract members and boost CLTV.
This apparel market can be challenging in that customers can’t try on clothes in person, so in addition to hitting revenue metrics, the solution also needed to offer customer service that is a level above.

To offer its customers an exceptional shopping experience and high value, Coldwater Creek partnered with ebbo to launch MyColdwater Rewards, a premium loyalty program that offers numerous perks that its customers love for a monthly membership fee of $14.99.
As members of MyColdwater Rewards, consumers receive premium benefits like 10% cashback, shipping rebates and return shipping rebates on Coldwater Creek purchases. This not only saves them money, but it allows them to easily return items if they don’t fit or suit their style.
In addition to perks with the brand itself, members also gain access to a Marketplace of over 1500 retail and travel brands where they enjoy 5% back and the same shipping savings, all through their member dashboard.
Results
Since launching the program, consumers have continued to sign up for and engage with the program. And not only have MyColdwater Rewards members spent a significant amount with the brand but the program continues to drive incremental revenue through the monthly subscription fees.
