FULLBEAUTY Brands, a plus-size apparel brand for women and big and tall men since 1901, wanted to establish brand loyalty by driving customers back to shop, offering valuable benefits and providing an easy user experience.
FULLBEAUTY Brands comprises 14 brands, including Woman Within®; Jessica London®; Roaman’s®; and SwimsuitsForAll®.
The inability to try on clothing before purchasing is a challenge, so the solution need to not only drive engagement and increment revenue, but also address this aspect of the customer experience.
Solution
To offer its customers an exceptional shopping experience that drives repeat purchases, incremental revenue and elevated member engagement, FULLBEAUTY Brands partnered with ebbo to launch the Member Rewards premium loyalty program with seven of its brands in 2020.
They now have 14 brands and counting, each live with a version of this program.
The Member Rewards premium loyalty program offers several attractive money-saving benefits for a $16.95 monthly fee (following a free 30-day trial).
The program offers members premium benefits like 10% cash back, shipping rebates and return shipping rebates on FULLBEAUTY Brands purchases. This not only saves members money but allows them to easily return items if they don’t fit.
Members also receive 5% cash back and up to $10 free shipping rebates on purchases from 1,000+ Marketplace retailers.
Results
Since launching the program, FULLBEAUTY Brands officials have felt the program has exceeded expectations and views ebbo as a strategic partner and not simply a vendor.
As FULLBEAUTY Brands continues to add to its portfolio, the company continues to partner with ebbo to launch a loyalty program with each new brand.
