As 2022 started to wind down and come to a close, the team reflected on the past year — and what a year it was!
Between a recent rebrand, two amazing companies coming together and a year of adjusting to a true hybrid work environment across multiple locations, the team was looking forward to our winter break — but first, it was time to do some celebrating!
So, on December 20th, ebbo took some time out to enjoy the holidays and each other’s company amongst good food, good fun and good laughs. Teams participated in Yankee Swaps, happy hours and games, to name a few festivities.
Folks enjoyed the non-work camaraderie, and many expressed their appreciation to just pause for some fun.
In our Connecticut and Michigan offices, employees participated in Ugly Sweater Contests, Cubicle Decorating and Yankee Swaps, which got interesting and bitterly fun very fast as the gift stealing began. It seemed like no wine bottle or funky pair of socks was safe until the very end.
In Arizona, our team enjoyed the beautiful weather offsite on an outdoor patio with a spread of food and games of cornhole followed by more fun at a local arcade.
In addition to the festivities, we were also able to work with local charitable organizations like Hands on Hartford, St. Mary’s Food Bank and Kids Empowered.

At the end of the day, the ebbo team, no matter the location, went home with some fantastic gifts and memories. It seems that these good times were just what the team needed — right on time for the holidays!
