At ebbo, we believe that building strong relationships with our coworkers outside of the office helps produce our best work inside the office. And with a hybrid work environment in place, it’s even more important to take the time to stay connected with each other.
That’s why on September 26, over 120 ebbo employees across three locations put down their laptops and traveled to the local bowling alley for an afternoon of fun and competitive teambuilding.
Our team from our headquarters in Connecticut took over the entire bowling alley (14 lanes!) at Crystal Bees in Southington, while our locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Southfield, Michigan also participated in similar bowling tournaments. Staff members were randomly split into teams and enjoyed a few hours of spirited chatter and gameplay with their colleagues. It was great to meet new faces and reconnect with old ones, as the laid-back environment allowed for top-notch conversation and plenty of laughs. And while no one bowled a perfect game, our top teams did go home with some bragging rights!
The competitive spirit continued as employees enjoyed classic arcade games like air hockey and Pac Man. In between games, we fueled up with delicious pizza, salad, appetizers and refreshments. Bowling sure works up an appetite!
Many expressed how much fun they had as well as their appreciation for the time spent together outside of the office. And at the end of the day, it’s this type of teambuilding that lays the foundation for a productive and happy work culture.

When she's not managing multiple projects and planning company events, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and attending concerts, plays and comedy shows.
