For the third straight year, Clarus Commerce was named on the Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For list.

Clarus Culture Shines Even During a Pandemic
Culture is a word that is used in the most positive way here at Clarus.
Usually, we can point to daily interactions in meetings, at people’s desks, or in the kitchen.
But our company culture took on a very different meaning this year since the pandemic began.
Although we have all been working from home since March 13, it’s clear to everyone that we can achieve the same excellent results remotely.
In many ways, it speaks to the strength of the company culture when we’re not all in the same office and the results are equally impressive.
From the second employees first walk into the office at Clarus, they can sense something is special.
We have taken the special feeling home with us and let it guide is during these challenging times.
The “New Hire” emails typically sent out Monday mornings haven’t slowed since mid-March.
Our CEO, Tom Caporaso, is very proud of this honor.
“We’re deeply honored to receive this recognition for the third year in a row because it focuses on our people first approach,” Tom says. “Our company starts and ends with our team. We hire talented folks who thrive in our collaborative work environment. While this year has unfortunately seen many companies have to downsize due to the pandemic, Clarus has continued to hire new team members throughout. That is a credit to our People Operations department and this honor is incredibly appreciated.”
